Returns

Huski Studios understands purchasing goods online may not always go as planned, which is why we ensure all items are listed with correct size, dimensions and accurate images of the products. If an item is not what you expected, we will happily exchange for a store credit or different product of the original purchase value under the following conditions;

• All item/s must be in original packaged condition
• All item/s must not be damaged or used
• A copy of original invoice is provided
• Huski Studios in contacted within 7 days of receiving the goods at returns@huskistudios.com

If all requirements are met, goods will be inspected on return and an in-store credit will be issued for the original value of the product, excluding additional shipping costs. Returned goods will be subject to a return freight charge at your cost. As we are a small business, please allow 2-3 working days for your return to be processed.

Huski Studios does not refund for change of mind.

FAULTY ITEMS
In the unlikely event your item/s arrive damaged or faulty, please contact returns@huskistudios.com within 2 days of receiving your good. We require proof of purchase and supporting imagery of the faulty item/s so we can determine the next course of action. All items will be assessed upon return and deemed faulty by Huski Studios. 

CANCELLATION POLICY
No cancellations, changes or refunds can be made once an order has been placed and payment has been processed.
